These keep me alive! I am possibly the world's most unorganized eater. I love that I feel I am getting what I need for the day in terms of my greens, and I just would never have a clue what to buy to make these. My 4 kids love the berry blends and nutty ones. We went through 7 on day 1! And now I am starting on the soups. My favourite is the sweet potato one. I plan to do the 3 day cleanse in the fall.
